Ensure your Payroll Partners timekeeping and scheduling services continue uninterrupted by upgrading to current browser versions

To our esteemed timekeeping and scheduling service clients,

Internet browser technology has advanced to reduce the threat of cyber attacks but some users/organizations are still using older, vulnerable browsers.  To ensure security for our online services, Payroll Partners will be following industry best practices by blocking access to older browser versions with inadequate encryption starting November 1, 2017. Any browser or process using TLS 1.0 will not be able to access our timekeeping and scheduling servers.

Browsers tested with your timekeeping system and known to be secure are:

Chrome: version 30.0 +
Firefox: version 27.0 +
Safari: version 7.0+
Internet Explorer: version 11+
Edge: any version

The projected number of clients to be affected is small and nearly all issues can be avoided by simply ensuring the web browser versions are current and up to date. Typically, browsers that are current within the last 5 years should not be a problem.

If you are needing to update, please do so before November 1, 2017. See below for links to instructions on updating the above browsers.
